Arrived early in the morning, hopped onto the treadmill and started my first training for the upcoming Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2007. Erm.. I trained for just 6km today. Next session will be 8km.

Other than running, 15mins of CardioWave and 15mins of Rowing are included in today’s workout.

Travelled back home to feed my little baby boy – Dimbo – before heading down to Sentosa.

Had a run by the beach with him, and he truly enjoys it especially the sun too.

.. they were gone (without paying)..

There goes, their bill of S$105.93 goes under my account..

I don’t understand why there are such people existing?! Have they ever thought that our money is earned with efforts too?! It means close to 9% of my next pay is GONE!! The BEST part is, I’M PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DIDN’T GET TO DRINK AT ALL!!

Arrived at Café del Mar, in the afternoon, to attend a training session. My only off day for the week, mind you. Sigh.

Hitched the Sentosa Bus at Beach Station towards Harbourfront Bus Station.

Hopped into The Mussel Guys restaurant (ViVoCity) for dinner, and a Amazing Kiwi to start off with.

What’s dining at The Mussel Guys without consuming Mussels?

Here I go, Mussel Fresh Salad, and Carpark Bag Steak. Yum! Yum!

The food is simply delicious, however the service can be improved.

Why? They served all food items in a go, despite the different courses ordered.

Caught a movie – “Pleasure Factory” – at Cathay Cineleisure.
