It started with a prelude session on Saturday night. We sorta countdown at The Legend entrance before heading down to TANTRIC Bar.

I was toasted with TWO (02) shots of Bacardi 151, and on-the-house of one Sambuca shot with one Blue Curacao shot. Gosh! FOUR-in-a-go!

Guess what? I was totally knocked out after.

Woke up in the morning with bad hang-over which delayed my plans to prepare for the night. I was “tied” to my bed till late afternoon about close to 4PM.

I packed my stuff, and hopped on a cab to collect my helium tank before heading down to Gallery Hotel. I got my favourite room, next to the swimming pool. Woohoo!!

I spent TWO hours pumping the balloons and arrangements, with the help of Chris. Thanks.

Due to the delayed in start of execution, the dinner was delayed too.

We went down to Satsuma Shochu Dining Bar at Level TWO, and was amazed by the decoration and feel. Simply traditional Japanese setting. I’m loving it!

I am getting tipsy, or rather being captured as if I am in Japan. Come, allow me to blow you some happiness. Share the joy! Hehe!

Very soon, the exquisite portions of delicacy arrives..

し桃太郎 Hiyashi Momotaro (Cold Japanese Tomato with Mozarella Cheese) and 刺し身盛り合わせ Sashimi Moriawase (Assorted Raw Fish). It’s amazingly FRESH!

ふぐ味醂干し Fugu Mirin Boshi (Dried Puffer Fish), the taste is very tangy. I was being told that it’s one of the expensive grade dishes from Japan, and not every restaurant has the license to prepare this. WOW!

豚肉うめ煮 Buta Niku to Daikon no Ume Ni (Pork Belly and Plum Stew), it’s simply fantastic, the pork belly melts in your mouth without much chewing! Yummy!

長芋揚げ Nagaimo Age (Deep-fried Japanese Yam) tastes with a mixture of sweetness and salt’ish, imagine you’re having a American Fries except it’s made with Yam instead of Potato.

豆腐明太子 Doufu Mentaiko (Tofu with Spicy Cod Roe) is simply soft and tender, perfect combination especially compliment to the Tofu.

えのき巻 Enoki Maki (Golden Mushroom rolled with Pork) is very tangy! Golden Mushroom has never taste this great before! It must be the way it was marinated and grilled.

つみれ Tsumire (Squid and Fish cake) is a unique combination, but I don’t really like it that much. Hmm..

牡蠣オムレツ Kaki Omuretsu (Oyster Omelette), sounds familiar? No, it’s not those you can find by the street stalls. It is different in a way that the oysters are melted in the omelette itself, with mushrooms.

Ladies, and gentlemen.. Here comes the MAIN highlight for the night – フォアグラ Foie Gras (Goose Liver)! Oh Gosh! It melts immediately after your first bite, the taste is fabulous! A little crispy on the outside, and melts totally on the inside. A MUST-TRY!

豚キムチ焼うどん Buta Kimuchi Yaki Udon (Fried Noodles with Pork and Kimchee) fills up our stomach a little, and last but not least, 焼酎とライムシェベト Shochu to Raimu Shebeto (Lime Sherbet laced with Shochu) is a WOW!

Peek-a-boo at the Chef at work. He’s so adorable, smiled at us when he saw me trying to take a picture of him. Smile!

Thanks Alvin, Chris and Chriz for indulging in this exquisite dinner with me. The only disappointment was.. George was not able to make it for the dinner, and Aloysius got something on so left early before we arrive at the restaurant. Sigh.

Returned back to my room after dinner. Marc, Glenn and Daniel joined us along to chill-out a little before heading out to party at POWERHOUSE.

Everyone was amazed by the celebration mood I added in with the helium balloons. Nice nice..

I am 25-years old! Quarter-of-a-Century! How time flies.

Can’t wait to start on the AWFULLY CHOCOLATE cake! Yum Yummy! Slurp!

Evil mates.. forced a candle deep down into the cake where the wick is nowhere near the brim either. I had to use every single method (lick, suck, bite) to get it out.

YEAH! I did! Look how stained I am. Hmm..

After everyone had their share of the cake and ABSOLUT100, we headed down to FABULOUS SUNDAYS @POWERHOUSE for the party, where the rest of my friends are waiting at.

Come.. let’s flock down with the balloons! Haha!

Everyone who arrives for the night party receives a door gift from me – helium balloon and my choco’licious truffles. Wheeee!

We had lotsa fun, and I received loads of presents from lovely people around! Thanks darlings!

Once again, I was sabotaged! They bought a chocolate sponge cake, and sprayed loads of whipped cream on top, planted a candle in, asked me to bite it out, but mid-way through, they forced my head down. Gosh!

As well, they bought me a pair of black angel wings, made me topless and wear it. Lucky for me was, I had shimmers and glitters all over my body. Hiak hiak hiak!

I think it’s Elizabeth’s idea. Hmm..

Since I am topless, I was being pinched and groped by the devils around, especially these two.. Travis and Chris!

I am glad that everyone enjoyed themselves, especially George, he was already very high! Look! Hehe!

** JAM’PACKED! OVERLOADING! **

Been pretty much busy with the preparation for my Quarter-of-a-Century *25th* birthday celebration.

Plan A failed. Plan B failed. Plan C faced some obstacles, but still quite manageable.

“B: TANOSHII” at Satsuma Shochu Dining Bar by The Gallery Hotel. A session sees to SIX (06) close individuals for a traditional Japanese cosy dining.

“B: ABSOLUT” at The Gallery Hotel by ABSOLUT-100. A chill-out session in the room filled with surprises, expecting laughters and tipsy before heading out to party.

“B: DOSAGE” at Fabulous Sundays by POWERHOUSE. Fabulous people, fabulous venue, fabulous music, and not forgetting our FABULOUS DJ George Leong spinning a fabulous party. As well, my treat of choco’licious truffles by Awfully Chocolate will be displaying it’s temptation.

Everything’s pretty much prepared for, except for a tool aiding the surprise is pending for settlement. As well, I am still cracking my head on my outfits for the event.

Somehow, this period of time sees to a reminiscence..

How we first met, the first smile we exchanged, meals we had, walks we did, movies we watched, holiday trips we went, times we spent..

Although it’s coming to a good two years that we seperate from each other, I still do miss you a lot. From time to time, it just becomes so habitual. You will always get my blessing.

Some family issues forming and tensing up a little.

Solutions seems a little hard to be found, at least for the moment.

Career path seems to be arriving at a diversion. For the better? Challenge to make myself stronger?

Too much for me to take.. I am feeling breathless with the load..

I really want to meet with solution for all these..

I want to free, and to be free..

Rushed down to PLAY after work. Called a cab, and waited for full 25-minutes for it! Damn!

Upon arrival at PLAY, there was a super long queue, but I skipped through as I own priority for that night. There was even bigger crowd in there. Gosh!

Met up with Ms. SammiZhen and the other THREE (03) students at the backstage. Got changed quickly, and we got prep’ed up for the show.

I was hurt upon entrance, missed a hidden step and tripped. Endured the pain, and continued on the show as if nothing happened. But response was really good.

After I returned to the backstage, preparing to change, only then I realised that I was bleeding. Ouch! To many, it was painful, but to me, I don’t feel the pain that much. It doesn’t matters, what most important is the message to prevent and to stop AIDS is brought across to every single person there.

Arrived home at 04:35am.

Had shower, packed my bag, geared up and down to attend the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2007.

“Huh?!” “What?!” “You must be crazy!”

I started the run with energy and hype. Upon arrival at the 3km point, the “Stop Devil” was whispering to me. I ignored and soon I’ve crossed the 11km point, and slowed down. I started walking a distance, and when I wanted to start running again, my left knee injury reoccured. Damn!

I continued to push on with all my might, it’s the mental strength that matters. Thoughts flashed through..
.. FIVE (05) Dragonboaters died in passion;
.. a relationship that ended TWO (02) years ago;
.. individuals suffered from AIDS;
.. my family.

I teared. For them, I’ve completed the run with the energy churned.

After run, travelled down to Sentosa for work.

I was crippling a little due to the injury. Sigh. However, it was worth the effort.

Ended work, got dressed up for the second World AIDS Day party at “FABULOUS FLIRT” @Powerhouse.

Other than commemorating the special day, we had a Farewell Party to a few Philippino colleagues there too. We had loads of fun, and everyone soon got high. As for me, I drank quite a lot, and got extremely high.

I will miss you – Manelyn, Ronald, Noel and Jeffrey!

Returned to work the next morning..

Everyone was asking, “How did you managed to do it?!”

I had no idea, probably I am a mentally strong individual?

Met up with Chris at Marina South for dinner – barbeque steamboat. Happening!

Arrived home. Finally got my much-awaited rest! Good night! *Winks*
