It consists of static exercises such as Jumping Jacks (a dynamic warm-up for the body and requires basic co-ordination of the limbs), High Jumper (a dynamic warm-up which reinforces the correct posture to adopt during landing), Squat Bender (a multi-joint exercise which uses the core and lower limbs), Crunches (targets the upper abdominals, Push-Ups (builds the upper body muscles and also enhances core strength) and a 1.5KM conditional run.

I realized that quite a handful of military-adopted physical trainings are pretty effective, hence I decided to bring 5.B.X. into my daily routine to enhance my physical strength.

From February 28 2010 (which is today), this regime is being carried out at the Fitness Park in the neighbourhood area.

Having done extra repetitions on this very first day, my body shouted sore but a good sore. The regime is awarded with a nice shower and breakfast, what more can I ask for?

Oh yes, on my way to the Fitness Park this morning, something caught my attention and here I am sharing..

Clad in skin of high-end brand, dine in top-notch restaurant, drive a posh car, soak in luxury spa treatments, travel on a first-class seat and lead a high profile lifestyle.

Isn’t that what everyone wants to achieve? Well, yes but does it necessary means true happiness?

More often we missed out the little things in life that really brings out the inner joy. Have we stopped to appreciate the wonders?

Recently, I did. Complexity out, simplicity in.

Love, concern and warmth from family members.

Often it is a belief, the more friends we have, the greater help we will own. However, in times of need, how many of them will actually rope in? It might be alright to have more friends, but close ones just a couple will do and they are the ones who will knit support throughout.

Comfortable outfit, simple meal and shoulders are sufficient to reveal the modest smile.

On second note, a good work-out and a good day-out at the beach always make me happy! *Smile*
