Where would a self-proclaimed cold-blooded woman prefers to chill-out on this celebration of hers? None other than the bistro establishment which is well-known for its margaritas – Café Iguana at Riverside Point.

Needless to say, its margarita is still maintaining the premium standard. Food wise, taste pretty well except room for improvement on its presentation – should have been more tantalizing.

Well.. what will happen when three camwhores come together under a starry night?

Instead of attending this year’s Dinner & Dance which is a beach themed event at Café del Mar, the KUKUs had a mini gathering dinner at East Coast Lagoon Food Village.

Can anyone tell what is the KUKUs good at? Drum rolls.. food indulgence!

We cannot do without food, but where’s our alcohol?!

Stringent focus is what starts today. No day-dreams, no gimmicks, no fickles.

First and foremost, this ain’t part of the April Fool’s menu.

My everyday starts as early as 6AM with a gigantic serving of Kellogg’s® Cocoa Frosties and MARIGOLD® Full Cream Milk.

Hitting the gym at 8AM is definitely a discipline. Nothing beats a good pump for fresh start of a day.

Fuel up with protein filled break – Cookies & Cream flavoured Protein Concoction and two Soft-Boiled Eggs.

Head down to work with 100% energy, bringing smile to faces, resolving individuals’ issues and end with 101% satisfaction.

Wrap up my day with delightful dinner and a game on my Nintendo Wii before heading off to bed.

Maximizing my everyday!

On March 18 2010 at 3:46PM an SMS came through:

“Hi Berdley. We have 2 companies in 2 different industries. Are u keen in us arranging an interview with u to discuss our job nature, requirements, remuneration with basic and sales comm and at the same time allowing us to assess ur sales potential. Please advise. Thks.”

It didn’t attract me in any sense, especially what is “2 companies in 2 different industries”?

On March 19 2010 at 11:31AM a voice call received:

This guy, Steven, didn’t sound professional. What he said right after I answered was “Hey! You Berdley right? Got receive my SMS or not?”

I was like who the f*ck is this guy?!

He then go on asking for an interview appointment on the day itself without introducing the company he represents and so. As I wasn’t that interested, I told him that I’m unavailable and will be going for an overseas trip for a week.

He responded, “You still go holiday? You have been holiday-ing everyday during your Flight Attendant days what.”

I said with an agitated tone, “They were not for leisure, they’re work trips with responsibilities on passengers’ safety and services.”

He responded again, “What a joke! You guys are having fun onboard, don’t need to do anything what. Just need to smile and that’s all. Whatever it is, I’ll see you when you come back on Wednesday.”

I was pissed. If you don’t understand a particular occupation’s job scope and responsibilities, shut the f*ck up and live in your own la-la-land!

On the same day at 4:19PM another SMS came through:

“Ok Berdley, reference our tele conversation, will then see you Wednesday morning 24/3 at 11am if you confirm ok? Our office is at Goldbell Tower, next to Sheraton Towers Hotel beside Newton circus. As we just moved in, our interview room is like a store room. If you ok, i meet you at Obrien’s Cafe at the lobby. Msg me 10mins b4 you reach to meet you. And pls bring along your original education certs for verification. And for the right potential candidate, the interview may take 2 to 4 hours as sales potential assessment and 2 companies options will be discussed. For info, we are not MLM or recruitment agency. You ok?”

Apparently, now it does sounds EXTREMELY dodgy! And you know what, this guy kept flooding my mobile with the same message for at least four repetitions before his next SMS came through:

“Ok. Interview slot marked for you. See you then.”

Comes March 24 2010 at 8:51AM, as I didn’t want to appear to be one who made someone a wasted trip, I SMS-ed him:

“Good morning. I’m sorry as I will not be available to turn up for the appointment as I’ve got an offer and wouldn’t want you to make a wasted trip. Thank you for the time.”

At 11:02AM, he replied:

“You just got back last night and now you say got offer. If not keen just say so as its your lost. We were intending actually to offer you 2.5 basic pending successful interview plus comm. And appointed manager in 3 months upon successful training and performance and then basic to 3.3k. Anyway, good luck. Your loss.”

I responded:

“Thanks for your BEST WISHES.”

It would really be my loss if I believe in such crap! In fact, it is his loss as he is a person who appears to be unprofessional, dodgy, unethical and without general knowledge. Hence, he needs the ‘Good Luck’ more than I do.

She has been growing fatter and uglier as day goes by! She should really consider going to the gym. Lose the weight and return me my Mister Sun! You fat and ugly b*tch!

If I were to create an environment I call my own, I would eliminate the girls (Cloud and Rain) and to keep only the boys (Sun and Wind).
